POLICIES:
DomestiClean does not encourage anyone to leave a door unlocked. We would rather you call the office and give us instructions for entering your home.
Keys
Many DomestiClean clients leave a key to their home at our office, and we take extreme measures to protect each key. We assign every customer key a security code and store it in a key safe. Managers will access your key the day of your scheduled cleaning and then return it to the safe by the end of the day. No identifying information is ever put on the key tag. Also for your safety, we do not return keys by mail. We will call you and make arrangements to return the key in person or you can stop by our office and the key will be released.
Alarm Systems
If you have an alarm system at your home and it is simple to operate, you can give our office the code and instructions about its operation. The service provider will turn the system "off" upon arrival and activate the system upon departure. The alarm code is never puslished on invoices or work orders for your protection.

If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, simply inform our office within 24 hours of the service and we will happily return and clean the area with which you are dissatisfied.
