DomestiClean Total Home Care Services

 DomestiClean offers total home care service including Vacant Home Inspections, Opening and Departure Cleanings, Maid Service, and Automobile Care.
If your home has an alarm system, you will have to make arrangements with your monitoring company to place DomestiClean on the notification roster. This arrangement allows for a much faster response to your home in the event of an activated alarm.
OPENING/DEPARTURE CLEANINGS:
First of Season Cleanings
- Call our office at our toll-free number (1-888-657-1858) as soon as you have a definite date of arrival. Within three days prior to your arrival, DomestiClean will prepare your home in a manner explained and agreed with each home owner.
- If you wish to have your windows cleaned, please instruct us at this time.
Departure Cleanings
- DomestiClean will clean your home within three days after your departure; simply provide a key and we do the rest. Service providers will wash the last minute dishes, clean and replace linen and towels, clean the refrigerator, prepare the home for summer months vacancy, besides cleaning the home thoroughly.
Vacant Home Preparations
VACANT HOME INSPECTIONS:
Call our office to schedule weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly vacant home inspections.
- Licensed and insured DomestiClean personnel will perform periodic inspections of your home - interior and exterior, your landscaping, and your swimming pool, and send you a monthly status report. Careful attention will be given to ensure that windows and doors are secure, circuit breakers are correctly set, and the air conditioner/humidistat is functioning properly.
- Should any emergency arise, we will take immediate action to protect your property, notifying you of the situation as soon as possible.
- The fees are based upon the amount of time on the properly, depending on your needs and the size of your home.

MAID SERVICE
DomestiClean will provide recurrent service while the owners or guests are in residence. Please call our office early so we can place you on our schedule. We will gladly meet with you and explain our service and discuss your needs at no charge.
AUTOMOBILE CARE
If you are leaving an automobile, we will see that it is started periodically and, with your permission, we will drive it briefly to exercise the engine. The car will be detailed and ready for your return. This service will be performed in conjunction with the Vacant Home Inspections Service.
